Last Updated: February 7, 2026
Welcome to Litsail VPN services provided by Capblock S.L. ("we," "us," or "Litsail VPN"). We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services.
1. Data Collection
To provide and improve our services, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: When you register or log in, we may collect your email address, phone number, username, and password (stored encrypted). For multi-device management and security, we also collect a device identifier to associate your account with your devices.
- Third-Party Sign-In: If you use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign In, we receive from those providers the information you consent to share (such as email or name). We use this solely for account creation and authentication. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for how they handle your data.
- Payment Information: All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not directly store your credit card numbers or bank account information.
- Technical Data: To maintain service quality, we may collect non-personally identifiable aggregated data, including bandwidth usage, connection duration, and application version numbers.
- Device Information: We may collect general information about your device, such as device model, OS version, and device identifier, for troubleshooting, compatibility optimization, and multi-device account management.
- Camera Permission: When you use the "Scan QR Code" feature to import configuration, we request camera access. We only parse QR code content in real time during scanning and do NOT capture, save, or upload any photos or videos.
2. No-Log Policy
We strictly enforce a no-log policy. This means:
- We do NOT log your browsing history, visited websites, data content, or DNS queries.
- We do NOT log the association between your real IP address and your activity on VPN servers.
- We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal browsing data with third parties.
3. Purpose of Data Use
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the VPN service.
- To process your subscriptions and transactions.
- To send service notifications, technical support responses, and updates.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security breaches.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Your personal data is stored on servers located in secure data centers, which may be in the European Union, the United States, or other regions where we operate. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy (typically for the duration of your account and a reasonable period thereafter for legal and support purposes), unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Once your account is deleted or the data is no longer needed, we will take steps to securely delete or anonymize it.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We will not share your personal information with third parties unless:
- We have obtained your explicit consent.
- To enforce our Terms of Service or protect our rights, property, or safety.
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or lawful requests from government authorities.
- In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred as part of the assets but will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

- Right to Rectification: If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction.
