How do I connect to VPN?

Open the Litsail app and tap the connect button on the home page. The app will automatically select the best server for you. You can also manually choose a specific country or region from the server list.

Why is my connection slow?

Try switching to a different server or region. Servers closer to your physical location usually provide better speeds. You can also try switching between "Smart Mode" and "Global Mode" in the mode selector.

How do I manage my subscription?

For iOS users, subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, modify, or cancel your subscription. For Android users, manage subscriptions through Google Play Store.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the VIP membership page and tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Can I use Litsail on multiple devices?

Yes. Your subscription works across all your devices. Simply log in with the same account on each device. Litsail supports iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and data through:

  • Self-service: Log in to user.gfan.io, go to your profile and click "Delete Account". Supports all sign-in methods (phone, email, Apple, Google).
  • In-app: You can also initiate deletion from the app's profile or settings.
  • Email: Contact us at info@gfan.io. We will process within 48 hours. Account deletion is irreversible.
